Starting with 1 scoop and working my way up if needed. I just got back from the gym training legs. Unfortunately I did not have a good workout experience today. I took one scoop prior to training, and felt great. About 25 minutes into working out, I began to get a major migraine, and feel a lil sick, like my energy levels were completely Zapped.
