Skill Modifiers and Combat EffectsNew Topic Post Reply. What effectss focus effects to look for in shaman gear? Extended enhancement 2 is the only one I have. Can I get other test enanthate 250 prices enhancements that stack? Is there some easier or affordable options for mana preservation and flowing thought? Gear recommendations much appreciated, Long live the buff bot! A good way to find items is to search in the allaclone, and under "has effect" you can type "mana preservation iii" use three i's, not 3 or and all items eq do focus effects stack the database that have the effect will show up.
focus effect items - Project
Focus effects on items. Hi, I am a little confused about something, and I thought that maybe someone would be able to help me out. I recently bought an item for my necro that has reagent conservation on it. I did not really think it would work that well, but i am forever saving skeleton chips.
I decided to buy a bracer with that effect on it for my cleric because as all clerics we go through a lot of gems when we cast spells. So I bought the item and it hardly ever works. I was thinking about buying a second bracer for my other wrist spot. Would this double the chances of the focus effect working?
The item that I currently have in my second wrist spot is nice, so I do not want to replace it if my odds of saving a gem are not going to be doubled. I thought maybe it works much better or my necro because she is a higher level, but I do not know if the focus effects work better as you level higher.
Anyone who has a little insight, it would be appreciated. Not really sure to be honest. I do know that the effects will not stack to become Reagent II They do not stack. Only one focus effect of a specific type will fire at a time. If you have two focus effects for reagent conservation only the best one will be used when you cast a spell that requires reagents.
I thought that it would be too good to be true that the focus effects would stack making my chances of saving a reagant doubled I could dream though: Is that true of mana preservation focus items, too? I'm wearing two different mana preservation items. When I cast, oh, summon drink, do both items get a chance of working? Baroc 31 froglok cleric Edit: Based on what Lucretia said, I do not think that they would both work I think only mana preservation 2 would work because it is the highest.
If I am wrong in interpreting her post, please let me know. I'm not sure which would go off in that instance since they're both the same amount of mana preservation. Most likely II, but not both.
Now say you had two MP items that gave you different amounts of preservation up to the same level say level The MP-A item would not fire. Well, the mask and the ring have different focus' so they would both fire.. If you have a mana pres 1 and a mana pres 2 item on, only the mana pres 2 item will fire. Also, focus effects only go to a certian level: For instance, my necro has 2 Burning affliction 2 items on him..
Reagent conservation would probably work the same way.. This is just my opinion, and I reserve the right to be totally wrong Thanks for picking that up, Phixin. Foci will stack if and only if they are different effects. Phixin, your list is a little off. It doesn't go I forget the exact numbers; I know this isn't right either though.
Level 4 will remain at 65, since the game isn't being expanded to 70; that was always a rumor. I run guild quest to get that for all the low level casters.
If you cast Condemnation a nuke then the Conservation of Mithaniel wouldn't work and the Mana Preservation 4 item would kick in. I want to say the lowest effect at the highest percentage IH3 in this case is the one that kicks in, but it's been a long time since I tested that and I honestly can't remember. Some worn effects that do stack are Flowing Thought up to 15 , Vengence up to 15 , Regeneration not sure if this has a hard limit.
Some other combinations also stack such as the "aura of battle", "aura of daring", etc. There is a cap on regen too, and I forget what, but it's higher than most people would care about except for trivia.
