What Are The Best Supplement Stacks?
Results 1 to 14 of Considering cutting supplement stack I started bodybuilding last October. Supplements i've been taking: I reasearched the diet and workout i have to do.
I'll combine it hopefully with some jeet kune do, or general martial arts training. This will help losing fat. Anyway back to the main point. Though i need to find out what to buy in the next couple weeks, since i will be buying the supplements from here UK before going back to my country as i will have a very limited range of options and probably at higher cost This is what i am considering at the moment: And i'll keep using: Though i feel that they are a bit expensive.
Any other details that you believe are needed to help me, please ask. Last edited by St0RM53; at Added CLA to considering supplements. I'd keep using creatine, theres no reason to stop using it during a cut. Personally i'd wait till the last stages of a cut to introduce a fat burner. I would suggest completely revamping your stack to be honest, check the following out, and try to get your hands on what's available to you: AllMax - Designer creatines: EC stack - Stim-free: Lean Xtreme I would also recommend grabbing some beta-alanine for endurance purposes; Cordygen would also be worth checking out for the same reason Beta-alanine: Carnage beta-alanine - Powder: CDMMA if i have to drink all that stuff then better become a drug addict Really, supplements are just to complete nutrition.
I try to stay away as much as i can. Though the reasons i take them are: I will literaly pay someone to make food following my nutritional program - Placebo effect. Even though may do nothing, believing that they would do something may actually make the body do that stuff. It's an investment to help with the bodybuilding progress. Since i worked to make out that money, i will workout as hard as i can to maximise the effect.
Nothing is going to waste. Btw my friend told me that he indeed used l-carnitine, and it worked though doesn't mean it helped, but he said that he saw greater fat loss after using it. Does it really do anything? I believe BCAA's will be essential so far.
Xtend vs ON's products or anything else? Really i wish i had the time to do the research and find out on my own.
Though exams won't give me this time. I will trust the chemical engineer, but not the company. Since you seem set, I will throw my two cents in and try to answer your remaining questions: Don't waste money on CLA, especially if you are worried about too many supplements.
It's got electrolytes and other ingredients to help with recovery. I like Watermelon or Apple flavors. OxyElite Pro is decent but there may be better options out there. The EC stack is an option as is something like the new Hydroxycut Elite.
I haven't tried that one yet, but hope to soon. You are right about trying to see through supplement company marketing. That's why the information in these threads can be such a valuable resource. You will find out about so many products in here that you never see advertised in magazines or pushed on you at GNC.
Take the time to do some searching and you will be happy you did. Originally Posted by Dewey Originally Posted by St0RM I'll get xtend, l-carnitine, plus one of these below: Done lot of re-search. And i'm considering now for the first month cuttting, after lot of research: Animal cuts-good but too expensive to get my hands on Shred matrix - good not the best though super hd - too new product hydroxycut elite - same as above Is that Lean xtreme that good??
And i don't have a preference on stims or not. My abs are showing size, but very faint lines due to the fat. Oxyelite states that targets specifically that fat.. Done some more research and oxyelite is marketed as a fat burner while lean xtreme as a thermogenic If you're gonna run EC, i wouldn't advise to stack it with another stimulant based fat burner, given that EC could be very strong. Genomyx fat burners get a lot of praise as well.
Don't focus too much on the ads but research their individual ingredients on their own and the user feedback. Thanks for the response. As i said in my previous post i will not stack the burners.
