I was cutting for about 12 or 14 weeks, and when I finally decided it was time to start bulking, I did the reverse diet thing. Upping calories about to calories every 5 to 7 days or so.
I did this until I got to my bulk calories about according to Sam. After about 10 days, I actually lost weight and Sam upped my carbs 40g. Should I expect it to take some time for the bulking to kick in? Or does it mean I need more cals? I do 2 days cardio and 4 days of lifting. Should I drop the cardio to 1 day? And make it 5 days of lifting? With my current split of: Maybe if I eliminate a day of cardio, I can alter my split and get the workouts down to maybe 50 minutes instead of 60 to 70 which includes warmup.
