This is an internet forum in which anyone can post and comment. Believe what people say at your own risk. Should I take clen? Iv'e been unsure if I want to take clen for sometime now, and I thought you guys would be able to help me out.
How bad is it for me? What are the long term issues? How do I eat while on the cycle keto? Iv'e been dieting for 2 months now but I need to drop fast, this is why it's an option at this point EDIT: Thanks for all the answers guys!
Im gonna start my cycle next week. It's a stimulant, so it's not great for you, but it's all dosage dependent. Start at 20mcgs per day and then work your way up each day until you start feeling the negative side effects like cramps and shakiness.
Keep taurine on hand to help with the cramps. Ketotifen or a small dose of T3 will help regulate your beta-2 receptors. Keep your diet the same. I like to take the clen first thing in the morning because it keeps me up at night if I take it too late.
Clen is bronchodilator so taking it before cardio does wonders for stamina. Diet normally in terms of macros. And don't run it for 6 weeks straight. Ive taken it, it works but i didnt care for it personally. I lost fat but had trouble staying hydrated no matter how much water i drank.
I took it in the summer so sweating was an issue for me aswell. It helps a pretty decent amount, but I didnt like it for working out whilst being on it, as I felt a bit more weak due to the shakes etc. Anyone had any first hand experience with Clen and Albuterol? There's a lot of hype which I'm being proportionally skeptical about surrounding Albuterol and was thinking of it as an alternative to Clen.
I took it when i was a cyclist don't judge, the sport is full of it as you can probably see in the media now and it played havoc with me, mass sweating due to my core temperature being so high, constant shaking too, felt like i had Parkinson's and this was very noticeable, i became very paranoid about it. Also struggled getting a good nights sleep, always felt wide awake and would only even manage a few hours at a time max before waking up again.
Now I'm a fitness model i wouldn't dream of using it again but see what the other guys are saying and make your own decision. Clen is huge in Hollywood for its ability to burn off fat at a fast rate but it's also pretty fucking toxic, more so I believe than Ph's and some AAS. As far as diet goes, I wouldn't go keto on a substance like that, but I'm sure people have. Nothing wrong with just putting yourself in a normal caloric deficit with your usual macros as long as you keep protein high.
Every drug can be toxic and this needs to be respected. Most common cause of acute liver failure? Everyday drugs can have toxicity. Except for rare circumstances, it is naive to think that any potent exogenous compound like clenbuterol wouldn't have a toxic effect. Clen is a beta-2 agonist. It will relax all your smooth muscles.
It's just not a good idea to be on a stimulant for too long. It's not great for you. Don't go on it for more that 2 weeks. See your doctor before staring a new drug.
No, not every drug can be a toxin Tylenol is not a toxin, it's toxic to your liver. Most compounds have a dose at which they become toxic, which is probably what you meant, but if you're going to spout a bunch of unhelpful jargon, it should at least be accurate. I'm not trying to "spout a bunch of unhelpful jargon. In medical school we study a serious amount of pharmacology and we spend a lot of time learning each drug's toxicity. When you've studied every system's physiology, all the drugs and how they work, you know a TON and it's hard to get it all out in a succinct, easy-to-read post.
Maybe you can provide a constructive response once you study pharmacology and my posts don't seem like "jargon" to you. How about you take a look on Google scholar and check out some peer reviewed articles since reddit seems to enjoy that stuff. I didn't say you shouldn't take it, Clen can absolutely be run safely. All I'm saying is that it can stress the organs, it's a potent stimulant. I know bro science rules but cmon, a gradually accelerated EC stack would be a good initial alternative to a potent stim like Clen.
This subreddit is a community where those interested in the sport as defined here can share their opinions and experience as well as the science of the sport. Don't devalue opinions and experience by dismissing them as "broscience". This subreddit is not a site for vetting only scientifically provable propositions. Remember, science, particularly in the area of sports and nutrition, is evolving rapidly.
Our experience, though anecdotal, can help fill those gaps until the scientific community reaches consensus. IRC Other related subreddits Logo by: BantamBasher Facebook page but why??? Welcome to Reddit, the front page of the internet.
